We replace the product in case of receiving damaged/defective product, opening video is mandatory with proper clarity without editing from sealed cutting to product visibility. From the date of receiving the product within 15 days you will receive the replace product.

The item should be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date with the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
