What happens when I update my email address (or mobile number)?

Your login email id (or mobile number) changes, likewise. You'll receive all your account related communication on your updated email address (or mobile number).


When will my Silaris account be updated with the new email address (or mobile number)?

It happens as soon as you confirm the verification code sent to your email and save the changes.


What happens to my existing Silaris account when I update my email address?

Updating your email address doesn't invalidate your account. Your account remains fully functional. You'll continue seeing your Order history, saved information and personal details.

Is there any target?

No, there is no such targets.


Is my monthly salary fixed?

Yes, depends on your performance.


What benefits will I get in my membership?

The members can earn money through work from home opportunities, exclusive virtual training, rewards and recognition in 5 star hotels, can earn gifts, coupons, vouchers etc. free domestic and international tour and at last but not the least, there will be discounts on our products.


Do I need to sell the jewellery?

No. You just need to promote our Brand.


If I am interested in reselling your jewellery, can I? If yes, then what will be the margin?

As of now, we do not resell.


Can I leave the company in case I do not want to work in the middle of the month?

Yes


Does it involve convincing people?

You need to promote our website and page.


If I refer this website to someone then that person also have to pay the membership amount?

If the person is interested to work with us, may surely opt for membership.


Is it like MLM or Network marketing?

No, it is nowhere related to MLM or Network marketing.


Do I need to renew the membership? If yes, then how often?

If you want to continue with us after one year you have to renew.


Is there any chance that my membership money would be refunded if I don't want to start the work after paying membership amount?

There is no refund policy however if you refer few members within 1 month you can withdraw your invested membership amount.


I am looking for a job which will pay me, then why would I pay your company in advance before even starting to work?

You have to pay to become a member.


How will I receive my pay cheque?

You will receive it on your bank account from our Company.


Does it involve buying products every month?

No, you only need to promote our brand by referring members.

Post completion of one month you will receive a Letter of Intent so according to your performance , you will withdraw the Salary.

Does this has any age bar?

Will the training be provided? If yes then do I need to pay anything extra for that?

Off course, there will be an exclusive virtual training without any additional cost.

We are nowhere related to MLM Company, Silaris Fashion is an E-Commerce company incorporated on 2018.


Are there any specific working hours?

No, you can work at your convenient time.


Is there any login page where I need to mark my attendance?

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.


Can I modify my order after placing it?

Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order, please contact us at customer support to cancel the order so that a fresh order can be placed.


How can I track my order?

You will receive a mail with shipment details once your order is dispatched. It will include the shipment number/AWB and the name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can also write to us at customercare@silarisfashion.com.


Are there any shipping charges?

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs.2000, which is notified from time to time. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and UPI

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No, We do not offer Cash-On-Delivery.

Do you have gift packaging options?

Yes, we do have.


How long does it take for the order to arrive?

We ship the products within 2 working days of receiving the order. You can expect your shipment to arrive within 5-7 working days of placing the order. However, India is a large country. Please expect additional time for remote areas and unexpected weather conditions.

Can you expedite my product on priority?

If you want us to expedite your order, give us a call at customer support. We will check with our logistics partner and provide you with an update. Please Note - This is only applicable for pre booking orders.


What if my order arrives damaged?

We replace the product in case of receiving damaged/defective product, opening video is mandatory with proper clarity without editing from sealed cutting to product visibility. From the date of receiving the product within 15 days you will receive the replace product.

In case you receive a damaged/defective product, silarisfashion.com or customercare@silarisfashion.com should be notified with the opening video within 24 hours of receipt. The item should be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date with the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

Once we receive the damaged/defective products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team.
